We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

After your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: Due to our international fulfillment partners, return processing times may vary.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Photo or video evidence may be requested to assist with resolution.

Paws & Unwind reserves the right to withhold original shipping charges on all returns, refunds, and exchanges, including defective units and courtesy resolutions. Refunds are issued for the product cost only unless otherwise stated.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Hygiene or personal care products (if applicable)
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
